16 - I didn’t build this to feel trapped
In this episode, I share the truth behind something I don’t think we talk about enough… what happens when you build something that looks aligned on the outside, but slowly begins to feel like a cage on the inside.
“I didn’t build this to feel trapped” became a moment of reckoning for me. A realization that even the most beautiful, successful, or “purpose-driven” things can drift out of alignment when they’re no longer rooted in truth, freedom, and self-trust.
This is my Freedom Architecture story.
I take you into the lived experience of building, staying too long, overriding my inner knowing, and the quiet (and sometimes loud) ways misalignment speaks. And ultimately, what it looks like to listen…to choose differently…and to rebuild from a place where life comes first.
This episode is an invitation to look honestly at what you’ve created, not from judgment, but from truth. To notice where something may feel heavy, tight, or performative, and to trust that those feelings are not problems, but guidance. We explore: • The subtle ways “success” can become constriction
